  The winner from edition 21 in Germany tour Jakob Rachlin decided to end his career in the warm city of Burgas where he will lead the local team Ultras Nafta and will help them get in higher division.
  The board of the team was delighted with that transfer and said that will hope to get another another good rider with the money left from Radentsov sale.
